The XT6 2.7 is the six-cylinder XT coupe, built from 1987 to 1991 and sold in international markets. Its 2.7-litre flat-six makes about 145 horsepower and 211 Nm, with a manual gearbox and all-wheel drive. It is the counterpart of the Japanese Alcyone 2.7 VX and brought the XT its first six-cylinder engine.

STORY

The XT, known as the Alcyone in Japan, was an aerodynamic wedge-shaped sports coupe sold from 1985 to 1991 with a very low drag coefficient. It offered turbocharged flat-four and later flat-six engines with available all-wheel drive and a futuristic digital cockpit.
