STORY
The Fronx debuted in 2023 as a coupe-style SUV under four metres long, built on Suzuki's Baleno-derived platform for buyers who wanted crossover styling and a raised stance in a compact size. It is sold through Maruti Suzuki's Nexa channel in India and exported to markets including Japan and Latin America, with mild-hybrid and turbo Boosterjet petrol options. It quickly became a strong seller in the growing compact crossover segment.
