STORY

The 2000GT was a limited-production halo coupe developed by Toyota with Yamaha and unveiled in 1967. Its 2.0-litre inline-six and aerodynamic fastback body proved Japan could build a genuine world-class GT, and it set international speed and endurance records. Only around 351 were built, making it one of the most valuable Japanese collector cars.
