The first cars went to corporate users, local governments and other organisations in Japan, and sales to individual customers began in December 2021. It is a two-seat, three-door hatchback with a rear motor and rear-wheel drive. The motor is a 9.2 kW permanent magnet unit with 56 Nm of torque, fed by a 9.06 kWh lithium-ion battery. Range is 150 km on the WLTC cycle for the Class 1 version. It charges at 3.2 kW AC and can supply 1.5 kW of power to outside devices. The car is 2,490 mm long, 1,290 mm wide and 1,550 mm high, with a top speed limited to 60 km/h. It was built at the Motomachi plant in Toyota City from 2021 to 2024.
