STORY

The GR Yaris Rally1 is Toyota Gazoo Racing's World Rally Championship car built to the top-tier Rally1 regulations introduced in 2022. Based on a bespoke spaceframe carrying GR Yaris bodywork, it debuted with a plug-in hybrid powertrain and helped Toyota win multiple manufacturers' and drivers' titles. From 2025 the hybrid unit was dropped in line with revised regulations.
