The Senator was Vauxhall's large executive saloon, with the second-generation Senator B sold from 1987 to 1993 as a rebadged Opel Senator. Powered by straight-six engines including a 24-valve 3.0-litre, it was a refined motorway cruiser and a favoured high-speed police pursuit car in Britain. It was effectively replaced by the top versions of the Omega.
