The GTD badge skipped the Mk4 and Mk5, which used plain GT, and returned only in 2009 on the Mk6 with 170 PS.

STORY

The Volkswagen Golf is a compact car introduced in 1974 as the front-engine, front-wheel-drive successor to the Beetle, one of the most influential and best-selling cars in history.
