Revealed at 2018’s San Diego Comic-Con and put into limited global production for early 2019, the Kona Iron Man Edition wraps the standard 175-hp 1.6-turbo Kona in a matte “iron” grey with a metallic-red roof, Iron Man mask roof decal, Marvel hood vent, mask badges on the fenders and wheel caps, and “Stark Industries” door graphics. Inside, the theming goes deep: an arc-reactor shift lever, Tony Stark’s signature on the dash, Iron Man HUD and gauge graphics, a helmet key fob and Stark-branded seats. Powertrain and hardware stayed standard Kona. It is a cosmetic superhero special, but a genuinely sellable one.
