The Sony-Honda EV that drove on stage with a PlayStation controller
Sony Honda Mobility showed the near-production Afeela prototype at CES 2024, memorably driving it onto the stage using a DualSense PlayStation controller to underline its drive-by-wire and gaming ties. An evolution of the Sony Vision-S studies, the prototype carries a dense sensor suite for advanced driver assistance and previews the Afeela 1 sedan that reached market from 2026. Development is a fifty-fifty joint venture between Sony and Honda.
