Audi RSQ concept (2004)
Concept car · 2004 · Combustion

The sphere-wheeled Audi that Will Smith drove through the Chicago of 2035.
Audi's first car developed specifically for a Hollywood film, the RSQ was built in just ten weeks for Alex Proyas's "I, Robot," set in 2035. The mid-engined two-seater famously ran on spheres instead of wheels, an idea suggested by the director, and featured butterfly doors rear-hinged to the C-pillars plus a jet-cockpit interior. No drivetrain performance figures were ever published.
