Audi TT clubsport turbo concept (2015)
Concept car · 2015 · Combustion

A 600 hp TT that pioneered the 48-volt electric turbocharger.
This technology concept for the annual Wörthersee tuning festival showcased Audi's electric biturbo: a 2.5-litre TFSI five-cylinder augmented by a 48-volt electrically driven compressor that eliminated turbo lag and added up to 200 Nm at low revs. The result was 600 hp from the widened, aggressively styled TT, hitting 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds.
