Audi TT Coupé (1995)

The round-themed coupé study that went into production almost unchanged.

The Audi TT Coupé study was shown at the Frankfurt motor show in September 1995 as a purist sports coupé built around circular design motifs. Audi approved series production in December 1995 and the production TT (8N) reached customers in 1998 with only small changes, the most visible being an added rear side window. It used a 1.8-litre turbocharged four-cylinder with quattro drive, but sources disagree on its output.
