BRABUS BODO Cabriolet

The open BODO: a coachbuilt cabriolet in memory of the atelier's founder

The open-top counterpart to the BRABUS BODO coupe (already in the catalog as 'brabus-bodo'), built on the Aston Martin Vanquish platform. The current-gen Vanquish now factory-sells its own Volante convertible, so this is not an invented body style. A carbon-fiber (pre-preg) body with a soft top that opens/closes in 15 seconds, and an electronically controlled carbon rear spoiler that swings up as an air brake above 87 mph under hard braking. The hand-built 5.2L twin-turbo V12 makes 1,000 hp (735 kW) and 885 lb-ft (1,200 Nm); 0-62 mph in 3.0s, 0-124 mph in 8.5s, 223 mph top speed (electronically limited). Limited to 77 units, €1,077,000, which is €77,000 more than the coupe.
