Honda revived the Prelude name with this hybrid coupe concept at the 2023 Japan Mobility Show, later shown at the Los Angeles Auto Show where Honda confirmed its electrified powertrain. The first Prelude to adopt a liftback body, the sleek white concept previewed a sporty 2+2 that reached production in 2025 using Honda's e:HEV two-motor hybrid system derived from the Civic, with chassis hardware shared with the Civic Type R.
