The midgate pickup concept that became the production H2 SUT
The H2 SUT (Sport Utility Truck) concept previewed a pickup-bodied variant of the H2, using a midgate that opened the passenger compartment into the cargo bed to switch between four-seat SUV and open-bed hauler at the push of a button. The concept directly led to the production H2 SUT, which arrived for the 2005 model year with a 6.0-liter Vortec V8.
