Lotus's first EV, a ~2,000 hp all-electric hypercar
Unveiled in July 2019 as Lotus's first-ever electric car and its first all-new car under Geely ownership, the Evija is a carbon-fibre-monocoque hypercar with four motors, one at each wheel. Its combined output of around 2,000 hp makes it one of the most powerful production cars ever conceived, while its distinctive Venturi tunnels channel air straight through the bodywork.
