Lucid Air Concept

The 1,000-hp EV sedan that launched Lucid from Atieva

Revealed in December 2016 shortly after Atieva rebranded as Lucid Motors, the Air Concept was a luxury electric sedan with front and rear motors producing up to 1,000 hp and a claimed 2.5-second 0-60 mph. A 100-kWh pack targeted over 300 miles, with an optional 130-kWh pack for 400 miles. Its space-efficient EV packaging enabled a short hood, long cabin and 'Lucid Vision' micro-lens-array headlights.
