Renault Trezor

An autonomous all-electric GT that opens like a clamshell.

The Trezor was Renault's vision of a future grand tourer: a low, two-seat electric coupe with no doors, entered instead through a single forward-hinging clamshell canopy. Its powertrain drew on Renault's Formula E programme, delivering 260 kW (around 350 hp) and 380 Nm for a sub-4-second 0-100 km/h. A carbon-fibre chassis and a slippery 0.22 drag coefficient underpinned it, and it won the Festival Automobile International's Most Beautiful Concept award for 2016.
