Evgeny Losev in a Fresh Racing cap at RDS GP, 2024

Commits to the risk: a Toyota Mark II that won the Sochi final in 2020.

A stern Siberian from Irkutsk, Evgeny Losev is among the most uncompromising drivers in RDS GP, a 2020 vice-champion who won with a Toyota Mark II and later moved from Fresh Racing to LECAR.

Losev was born in Irkutsk and grew up in a sporting family: his father coached wrestling and his mother coached track and field. His drifting began with a VAZ and regional events, and the Toyota Mark II JZX81 brought the titles and recognition. He won the Super Drift Battle in 2015 ahead of Damir Idiyatulin and took third at the 2016 Grand Final.

In RDS GP he finished second in 2020 with 888 points, winning the Sochi final on his Mark II and setting the stage entry-speed record of 171.5 km/h at a 60 degree angle. He raced for Autoprofi, then FailCrew, which took team titles in 2019 and 2020, and then Fresh, team champions in 2021 and 2024, with whom he also won the 2021/22 Winter Drift Battle.

Auto.ru calls him the most brutal driver of RDS GP, and his own line is that a racer has to take risks. In February 2026 he left Fresh after five years and joined LECAR Obsessed Motorsport alongside Arkady Tsaregradtsev with a new Nissan 370Z, but his season lasted only two stages.
