A circuit cut into mountain terrain, 3.9 km across twenty corners, and one of the venues that carries Korean competitive drift, including the Korea Drift Grand Prix, whose courses were laid out with D1GP involvement.

Since 2018 it has also held the Gangwon International Motor Festa with drift and gymkhana on the programme, and the Hyundai N Festival added an N Drift class in 2026.
