Formula Drift ran here as The Gauntlet from 2005 to 2007 and then continuously from 2009 to 2019, including the hundredth round in the championship's history in June 2018, won by James Deane.

The banking is what makes it: a third-of-a-mile oval banked around thirty degrees asks something no flat course does, because the car is loaded before the driver has even initiated.
