Yas Marina Circuit (حلبة مرسى ياس)

Circuit · UAE, Abu Dhabi

The Emirates championship runs on a Formula 1 track.

The Emirates Drift Championship, the UAE's sanctioned national series, runs its rounds here, with an EMSO licence required to enter and the season closing inside the Yas Speed Festival.

Few national drift championships run on a Formula 1 venue, and the Gulf has two of them: Sakhir holds its Monday nights, Yas its sanctioned rounds. It says something about where the region puts the discipline: not in a car park on the edge of town, but on the same asphalt the world championship uses.

The February 2026 finale ran on the North Handling layout: under a kilometre with ten corners, a fraction of the 5.28 km grand-prix loop.
