The sail
The tower tapers to a curved sail at the mouth of the Miami River, at 249 metres, the tallest residential building south of New York, its own superyacht marina at the base.
The triplex Unit 001 penthouse was offered complete with a bespoke Aston Martin, and it is the marque’s first completed real-estate project, shaped by its own design team.

The Sky Amenities crown the tower: an infinity pool deck with cabanas and jacuzzis, a sky bar, a Grand Salon ballroom and a chef’s kitchen, all with the bay two hundred metres below.
