- The idea
- Dezervator car lift
Your car rides up with you.
The Dezervator

Three patented glass elevators lift you and your Porsche together, no valet, no ramps, no parting. You drive into a bay at ground level, and rise to your floor with the car alongside you.
The doors open onto a glass “sky garage” beside the living room, so up to four cars sit on display where anyone else would hang art.
Sixty storeys on the sand.
The Building

Designed by Sieger Suarez with Porsche Design Group, the cylinder rises straight off Sunny Isles Beach, every residence wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass facing the Atlantic.
The largest units take a whole floor, a private pool cantilevered over the ocean, the cars parked twenty feet away behind glass.
The garage is part of the living room.

It is less a building than the marque rendered as an address: engineering, obsession and theatre in equal measure, the car not stored, but lived with.
