The electric crossover that led to Aston's first SUV
The DBX Concept previewed Aston Martin's move into the high-riding GT segment. Shown at Geneva in 2015 as an all-electric, all-wheel-drive crossover with four seats and gullwing-style access, it argued that a practical Aston need not lose the brand's grand touring character. The production DBX that followed in 2020 kept the name and the concept while switching to a twin-turbo V8.
