A mid-engined Aston to take on the 720S
The Vanquish Vision Concept revived the Vanquish name for what was planned as Aston Martin's first series-production mid-engined supercar. It used a bespoke bonded aluminium chassis rather than the carbon tub of the Valkyrie and AM-RB 003, and was shown with a twin-turbocharged version of Aston's new in-house V6. Its softer, more flowing surfaces set it apart from the extreme track-bred hypercars alongside it.
