The reset that defines BMW's electric decade
Unveiled at IAA Mobility 2023, the Vision Neue Klasse previews the electric architecture BMW began rolling out from 2025. It introduces sixth-generation eDrive with new cylindrical battery cells, an 800-volt system, and the Panoramic Vision display projected across the base of the windscreen. BMW targets roughly 30 percent more range, 30 percent faster charging, and 25 percent better efficiency versus the prior generation.
