Concept car · 2011 · Electric

A carbon-bodied rear-drive electric roadster steered by twin levers instead of a wheel.
The EV-STER was a compact electric rear-wheel-drive two-seat convertible sports concept that made its world premiere at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show. Extensive use of carbon materials kept weight low to benefit both performance and range, and Honda replaced the conventional steering wheel with a twin-lever steering system. Motor output and suspension characteristics were driver-adjustable to suit different driving styles.
