Honda REMIX concept (2006)
Concept car · 2006 · Combustion

A fighter-jet-canopy small sports coupe design study from Honda's California studio.
The REMIX made its world debut at the 2006 Los Angeles Auto Show as a design study exploring a two-seat sports car that could double as a practical daily driver. Its low-slung body wore a wrap-around canopy for a fighter-jet feel and an aluminium-colour finish that emphasised its geometric yet fluid lines. Purely a styling concept, it was fashioned around a front-wheel-drive small-car platform with a four-cylinder engine, backed by generous rear cargo space. It was created by Honda R&D Americas' Advanced Design Studio in Southern California.
