A twin-HEMI off-roader that could turn within its own length
The Hurricane stunned Detroit in 2005 with twin 5.7 L HEMI V8s, one over each axle, combining for 670 hp and 740 lb-ft with cylinder deactivation across 16, 12, 8 or 4 cylinders. Its four-wheel-steering system enabled 'crab steering' and an in-place zero-radius turn. With 14.3 inches of ground clearance and 37-inch tires, it paired brutal power with extreme off-road geometry.
