An electric city car with a 360-degree revolving cabin
The Pivo was a compact electric city-car concept built around a 360-degree revolving three-seat cabin, so the driver never needed to reverse and could simply rotate the cabin to face any direction. Just 2,700 mm long, it used a lithium-ion battery and Nissan's Super Motor with an all-wheel-drive layout, and relied on drive-by-wire steering, braking and shifting to free up the pivoting cabin. It also debuted the Around View Monitor idea, showing surroundings on the A-pillars.
