A single road-legal Le Mans racer for homologation
The Nissan R390 GT1 was built to compete at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the GT1 class, which required a road-going version for homologation. Just one road-legal car was constructed, virtually identical to the race car but with a de-tuned engine, additional bumper headlights and a leather-trimmed interior. Styled with input from Ian Callum and engineered with Tom Walkinshaw Racing, it remains one of the rarest cars Nissan has ever produced.
