A shooting-brake vision of Opel's connected, efficient future
A three-door 2+2 fastback with dramatic gullwing rear doors, the Monza Concept served as Opel's design and technology role-model for the next decade. It paired a VOLTEC-style range-extended electric drivetrain with a natural-gas-fuelled 1.0-litre three-cylinder engine acting as generator, and debuted LED-projection infotainment and early Car-to-Car/Car-to-X connectivity that previewed autonomous features.
