Peugeot 907 concept (2004)
Concept car · 2004 · Combustion

A front-mid V12 grand tourer from Peugeot's design studio.
Created under styling chief Gerard Welter to mark the move of Peugeot's design centre, the 907 was a driveable two-seat coupe built around a 6.0-litre V12 formed by joining two PSA 3.0-litre V6 units. Mounted longitudinally in a front-mid position, it produced 500 bhp and 443 lb-ft, driving through a sequential six-speed gearbox. A see-through perspex bonnet panel showed off the engine's twelve intake trumpets, a nod to Italian supercar tradition.
