A Kappa-platform roadster with a floating glass canopy
The Curve was a rear-drive roadster concept shown at the 2004 Detroit auto show on GM's Kappa platform, shared with the Pontiac Solstice. Designed under Michael Mauer with build help from Pininfarina, it featured a pillarless "floating" glass roof and a supercharged Ecotec four making over 200 hp. Its styling helped point the way toward the production Saturn Sky.
