A W18 four-door saloon study
The EB 218 was Bugatti's four-door interpretation of its late-1990s revival, unveiled at the 1999 Geneva Motor Show and again penned by Giorgetto Giugiaro of Italdesign as a saloon sibling to the EB 118 coupe. The full-size luxury saloon carried 1930s-inspired styling over the same 6.3-litre W18 engine driving all four wheels. Bugatti chose to focus on the 18/3 Chiron sports-car direction instead, so the EB 218 remained a concept.
