Debuting at the 2019 New York International Auto Show, the HabaNiro was an all-electric four-seat compact crossover with butterfly doors and a near-full-glass roof. It paired front and rear electric motors for all-wheel drive, claimed over 300 miles of range, and showcased Kia's Real-time Emotion Adaptive Driving (READ) system plus a part-time Level 5 autonomous mode with a retractable steering wheel.
