A flagship crossover shaped like molten katana
The LF-1 Limitless was a luxury flagship crossover concept whose 'molten katana' design fused liquid-metal organic surfaces with the sharp edges of a Japanese sword. Deliberately powertrain-agnostic, Lexus said a production version could use a hydrogen fuel cell, a petrol hybrid, a battery-electric system or pure gasoline. It featured a 'Chauffeur mode' offering full autonomous driving and a predictive multi-display infotainment layout centred on a 'pod' display.
