A sensuous, aerodynamic vision of Hyundai's EV future
The Prophecy expanded Hyundai's 'Sensuous Sportiness' design language with a curvaceous, aerodynamic body inspired by 1920s-30s streamliners and the pebble-smooth forms of early motoring. Built on Hyundai's first dedicated EV platform (E-GMP), it swapped the steering wheel for a pair of joysticks, integrated pixel-style lighting front and rear, and used a fixed rear wing and underbody airflow to keep the car planted. It heavily previewed the design direction later seen in the Ioniq family.
