A six-seat hydrogen lounge with a 1,000 km range
Launched at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show, the Fine-Comfort Ride is a premium six-seat hydrogen fuel-cell concept that Toyota describes as a new form of the fuel-cell vehicle. A fuel-cell stack at the front converts hydrogen from underfloor tanks into electricity for the motors, delivering a targeted cruising range of about 1,000 km on the JC08 cycle with roughly three-minute refuelling. The wheels are pushed to the extreme corners to maximise cabin space, and an AI agent enables a self-driving mode.
