An electric concept that builds an emotional bond with its driver
Revealed in October 2019, the LQ is a battery-electric concept designed to build an emotional bond between car and driver through an evolved version of the Yui AI agent, which learns and responds to the occupant's emotional and physical state via voice, in-seat functions, lighting, climate and fragrance. It features an SAE Level 4 automated driving system, an automated valet parking system developed with Panasonic, OLED instrumentation and an augmented-reality head-up display. A catalyst-coated radiator fan even purifies passing air by decomposing ground-level ozone.
