A modern Cobra reborn around a 645-hp V10
Unveiled at Detroit in 2004 with Carroll Shelby's involvement, this roadster paid tribute to the original 427 Cobra. An all-aluminum 6.4 L V10 with velocity stacks and dry-sump lubrication produced 645 hp, driving the rear wheels through the Ford GT's six-speed transaxle. A brutally minimal, top-and-window-free homage to the 1960s racer.
