Volkswagen ID. Space Vizzion (2019)
Concept car · 2019 · Electric

An electric Gran Turismo estate marrying aerodynamics with SUV space.
Presented at the 2019 LA Auto Show, the ID. Space Vizzion fused the aerodynamic silhouette of a grand tourer with the practicality of an estate, riding on the MEB platform. The rear-drive base version made 205 kW, while an added front motor lifted the AWD version to 250 kW of system output, drawing from an 82 kWh (gross) battery. With a slippery 0.24 drag coefficient, it offered up to 590 km WLTP range (300 miles EPA) and a 0-100 km/h sprint of 5.4 seconds.
