Electric muscle with a Fratzonic exhaust roar
Unveiled in August 2022 as a preview of Dodge's first all-electric muscle car, the Charger Daytona SRT Concept aimed to prove an EV could still be loud and visceral. Its 800V 'Banshee' powertrain drives all four wheels, a multi-speed 'eRupt' transmission delivers mechanical-feeling shifts, and the industry-first 'Fratzonic' chambered exhaust produces a 126 dB note to rival a Hellcat. An R-Wing front aperture and retro two-door body pay homage to the 1968-70 Charger.
