A battery-electric 3-seater built on laptop cells
The Volvo 3CC was a battery-electric concept for sustainable urban mobility, seating three occupants in a 1+2 arrangement with a teardrop, aerodynamic body. Its lithium-ion pack used roughly 3,000 cylindrical cells of the type found in laptops. The 3CC offered a potential range of over 300 km and recovered up to 20 percent of its energy through regenerative braking.
